COVID-19 – How Laser Health Solutions is Helping Our Clients.
Prior to your appointment, please read the following important information regarding the changes that have taken place regarding Covid-19.
- If you feel in any way unwell, if you have a sickness of any kind, you must cancel your appointment. No services will be performed on those who are sick or feeling unwell.
- Clients should arrive no more than 5 minutes before the expected appointment time. If you arrive before this time, please remain in your vehicle until 5 minutes before your appointment time.
- Because there is no waiting room, please come alone to your appointment, unless you require the help of another person.
- Where possible please be prepared to pay by contactless methods (instead of cash). The tap limit on our POS machine has been increased to $250.
- Upon entrance into the clinic, please use hand sanitizer.
- Please bring or wear your own shorts for treatment (unless you are receiving treatment for elbow or wrist).
- You are encouraged to wear a mask during your treatment.
In Clinic Sanitary Precautions:
- Hygiene and clinical protocols are at the centre of our daily operations. Under the current circumstances, we have elevated our standards further to offer additional safety.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic. Every patient is asked to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
- As is customary, our team members continue to wash their hands in between every client and before each treatment.
- Treatment tables, working surfaces and doorknobs are sanitized after every client.
- We have increased our daily cleaning schedule, sanitizing all door knobs, reception desk, waiting room and treatment room chairs multiple times per day.
- Shared magazines, brochures and books have been removed from the reception area.
Patient Traffic Precautions:
As always, we offer flexibility with our cancellation policy in order to ensure that any client who is feeling ill for any reason can feel comfortable cancelling or rescheduling their appointment. We clearly ask for our clients’ collaboration cancelling or rescheduling appointments if they are feeling ill or have travelled outside of Canada in the last two weeks.
Internal Employee Precautions:
None of our staff has travelled outside of Canada in the last 60 days or will be travelling outside of Canada until this event has passed.
Employees feeling ill for any reason will stay at home and will not be working.
