I am 70 years old. When I was 15, I injured my right knee. At the age of 6, I began to experience pain in the knee. For 7-8 years, it was not too severe and I could manage with it. However, for the past 2 or 3 years, it has been worsening to the point that walking became a bit of an ordeal. I tried taking Tylenol for arthritis, but it was not much help. A friend with a similar problem mentioned laser treatments and said they had helped. So I booked in for 6 treatments. They really did help to increase flexibility and reduce pain. The relief eventually diminishes (there is no permanent cure) but lasts for at least a month. Walking is enjoyable again. If you are planning trip abroad, it is well worth having some treatments before leaving.
