I had extreme pain in my right elbow joint. I was very skeptical about the method of treatment but was willing to try anything to reduce the level of pain. Several years ago I suffered fairly severe damage to my right shoulder. After several years of therapy the shoulder, although considerably better, still was very uncomfortable.
