“I had been dealing with a quadriceps insert partial tear on my left knee for about 5 months. The injury was caused by a rough landing on my left leg while paragliding. My therapies before were ice, NSAID's, rest and heat. I even tried prolotherapy, with slow progress. Over my recovery period, my biggest pain was when sitting down with a bent knee.
