Dear Diana, After a fall in 21 on both knees, I have been experiencing severe pain in the right knee and swelling. A knee surgeon through X-rays diagnosed me to have osteoarthritis. Thank you very much for all you have done for me this summer (2008). Going into the summer, I thought I would need surgery to remove a calcified hematoma on my right ankle bone. My left shoulder was very sore. It woke me up at night in agony. I had seen my doctor about the pain in my shoulder and he thought that it was from my rotator cuff and said that I should ice it.
