When I started coming, I could hardly walk around my kitchen for pain. After the first treatment, the pain had settled down some. By the third and fourth treatment, I had more movement of my knee. With each treatment things got better. Then about the eighth treatment, I decided to see how far I could walk. It turned out to be about 1 blocks. I was tired but there was very little pain.
